having a horrible time with this app, I was able to book one tour and now trying to book another, but the payment getting rejected (both Google Pay and direct payment with the card). Called up the card and they don't see any attempts to charge. Spoke with headout support and they are useless, say it's a security measure on their end and they can't do anything. Apparently they don't like booking several tours in a row, advised to wait for 24 hours, meanwhile popular tours are getting sold out.

Misleading information & poor customer service Booked an Alcatraz tour through Headout. My ticket clearly said “1:05 PM–11:00 PM,” so I reasonably understood this as an entry window. I arrived based on that information, but was told 1:05 PM was actually the fixed boat departure and I had missed it. Headout later acknowledged that the wording caused confusion, but refused a refund and offered only 25% in credits. Very disappointing. I would not use Headout again. BEWARE OF HEADOUT!

The app will not pull up my bookings. It sends a link to my email and when I click on that, the tickets are attached. But when I go back to the app, the tickets are not there. So at the theater, I will have to open my saved email. This rather defeats the purpose of the app! The customer service rep was very courteous but does not know why the app will not pull up my bookings. He emailed the tickets with the barcodes. I took a screenshot of those, but again I'm going to "find them at the theater
